Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mose Check, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mose Check is an AI-powered tool that generates website audit PDFs for sales and outreach. You submit a URL, and we scrape the site, analyze it with AI and Google Lighthouse scores, and deliver a branded PDF report along with a suggested email pitch.

To use Mose Check, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share your account credentials
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current rate for your plan.

New accounts receive one free audit to try the product. The free audit is a lifetime allowance — it does not reset monthly. Free tier audits include a watermark on generated PDFs. The free audit is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

You agree not to use Mose Check to:

• Audit websites you do not have permission to audit at scale — auditing a public site for legitimate sales outreach is fine, but mass scraping of sites for malicious, harassing, or unauthorized purposes is prohibited
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell raw audit reports as a standalone service — the PDFs are intended for your own sales and outreach use, not for redistribution as an audit-as-a-service product
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models, scrape our infrastructure, or interfere with the normal operation of the service

Your content: You own the audit reports you generate through Mose Check. You may use, share, and distribute them as you see fit for your business purposes.

Our content: We retain ownership of the Mose Check platform, including the underlying software, report templates, AI prompts, branding, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our technology or branding beyond using the service as intended.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Dashboard → Subscription → Manage Billing). When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Audit reports are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any audit findings. You are responsible for reviewing audit content and using your own judgment before sharing reports with prospects or clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mose Check is not liable for any business decisions you make based on audit findings, any consequences of sharing audit PDFs with third parties, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
